Elmore Community Services
The Elmore Team is managed by Elmore Community Services (ECS), a registered charity and a limited company.
ECS aims to be a leading provider of quality services for marginalised and disenfranchised people. We are recognised by our peers and partners for our expertise in developing and implementing flexible services in complex situations.
Monitoring
We monitor our activities through contact hours, support plans, outcome measurements, user feedback and an agency questionnaire. Monitoring information is fed into the trustees' quarterly review meetings. We conduct an annual risk assessment.
Governance
ECS is governed by a team of eight, highly qualified and experienced volunteer trustees.
