Oxford City Rough sleeper survey 2006
In the autumn of 2006 Elmore undertook a project to survey street homeless people in Oxford. The survey was supported and funded by the national charity Shelter.
Evaluation into the needs of prisoners serving under twelve month sentences
In May 2006, we completed a six-month evaluation into the needs of prisoners due to be released to 'no fixed abode' (NFA) in Oxford City.

In May 2006, housing and homelessness charity Shelter concluded a 15-month project monitoring our work with rough sleepers. The project is documented in Shelters' New Directions in Street Homelessness: a good practice guide to supporting service users with complex needs, which can be purchased through Shelter's website.
Shelter and Elmore co-produced a summary of the report called Catching people who fall through the net.
