Funding
We pool our funds, which enables us to provide flexible, specialist services to support our clients and to minimise the impact of their behaviours on the communities in which they live.
More than the sum of our parts
- Because we pool our resources, our funders are purchasing a flexible team that is ready to adapt in order to fill gaps in services, and to meet the shifting needs of our clients and their communities.
- Our mixed funding ensures a service that is able to work on any aspect of a person's needs, at any time.
- Where multiple agencies are involved with a client, our mixed funding enables us to facilitate and coordinate the appropriate response.
- Our mixed funding enables us to provide expert input on a wide range of strategic initiatives, including homelessness, mental health and domestic violence.
- We enable funders to 'spend to save' because Elmore supports people who would otherwise access more expensive, reactive services such as A&E departments, the courts, acute psychiatric wards and prisons.
- Our funders purchase a skilled team with expertise and experience covering every aspect of complex needs.
